The waterjet cutting center FLASH JET is primarily intended for pure water applications but can also be used in the "process" hydro-abrasiveIt is equipped with a servo motor, giving it high travel speeds (40 to 50 meters/minute). Ideal for medium and large production runs, with the option of using 1 to 5 cutting heads. Very robustly built, the FLASH JET is resistant to deformation and offers lasting precision, combining quality and a long lifespan. It is a cutting machine water jet also designed to minimize wear on the table due to the harsh environment of hydro-abrasive cutting.
Technical description
La cutting table FLASH JET consists of a thick, welded steel frame with precision-machined guide surfaces (DUAL GENTRY model – Double X or Y axis)
It features prismatic linear guidance and rack and pinion transmission on all axes, and is powered by four YASKAWA-OMRON brushless motors with incremental encoders. Its axes are fully protected against abrasives by bellows.
