The system integrates the cutting unit, mist extraction, electrical cabinet, and a 50 HP to 150 HP, 4135 bar pump. The machine consists of a welded steel frame and two sliding tables. The beam is driven in the X, Y, and Z axes with rack and pinion transmission and prismatic linear guides. The beam is a machined design supporting the high-performance Accustream pneumatic cutting heads – pure water with diamond nozzles.
The material to be cut is placed on a first tray (supporting an aluminum honeycomb plate) which is transferred to the cutting area while the second tray is returned to the loading/unloading area. The cutting area is fully enclosed by a mesh screen and protected by electromagnetic locks.
