La waterjet cutting table ROTO JET is a 3-station production machine for cutting, with a video projection placement system for flexible materials of non-uniform raw shape (leather, rubber, gaskets, foams).
The system of waterjet cutting The ROTO JET integrates the cutting unit, mist extraction system, electrical cabinet, and a 15 HP 4135 bar pump. The machine consists of a welded steel frame and a 3-station carousel. The beam is driven in an XY configuration with ball bearings and prismatic linear guides. The beam is a single-sided motorized "flying arm" design, supporting the high-performance Accustream pneumatic cutting head – pure water with a diamond nozzle.
A mast supporting a video projector allows for direct placement on the material to be cut. Productivity is ensured by a 3-station rotary table system (placement - cutting - unloading) with indexing and a honeycomb material support.
The high-quality brushless motors and precision reducer on the ROTO JET have been specially selected to meet the requirements of cutting at very high speeds.
The machine is operated from a control panel on the carousel, equipped with:
- 2 or 3-axis real-time control system based on an industrial PC
- Man/machine interface under Windows SEVEN
