This range of plasma generators is the most famous in metal industry, due to the cutting quality of the parts achieved, almost without slag, few clearance and holes diameter equivalent to the sheet thickness (turntable 12 mm = diameter 12 mm).
They are generators cutting with Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon,… but that have a low gas consumption.
The Ultra- Cut® XT Plasma systems offer the best of modern high precision plasma cutting for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Maintenance is very low and the consumables lifetime is longer in comparison to other generators ranges (semi-HD type and standard).
Possibility to cut up to 80mm thickness in steel,… and up to 160mm for stainless steel.
Cutting process with water spraying allowing to obtain a better cutting quality on stainless steel and aluminium.
